We believe that preparation is the key to a successful wedding. We
furnish you with a detailed questionnaire, allowing you time to
outline all of the fine details for the ceremony & reception
– including music, tone, bridal party names and all of the
formalities that need to be accomplished. We also offer exciting
suggestions to help you make key decisions that will make your
wedding a great one. An itinerary will be created that works for
you and the venue, to ensure a smooth running wedding. We are
always in regular contact with you, proving a strong sense of

Starting off on the right foot to us is arriving early.
You can expect a Sterling DJ to be at the reception site 2 to 3 hours
before the 1st guest arrives, ensuring that everything is set up,
looking good & sounding great. Dressed in appropriate attire we
will introduce ourselves to the banquet manager and reexamine the
day's formalities. You will have a coordinator watching everything
involving the reception, so you can relax and enjoy the day.
To give 100% service you have to know something about
the job of other professionals, such as the banquet manager, photographer,
videographer and even other performers. We have a great understanding
of their jobs too. Having this insight helps us tremendously in the
task of bringing it all together in perfect timing.
Master of Ceremonies: Addressing your guests
should be done in a polite and tasteful manner, especially for the
first half of the reception. This also helps set the tone and gives
guests the comfort that they are at a very special occasion. The ability
to effectively emcee will affect the entire presentation; rest assured
we will come through with flying colors. We come equipped with professional
wireless microphones, to aid us in attracting people's attention and
interacting with you and your guests.
Coordinator: The use of a coordinator helps
to optimize proceedings, extra insurance if you like, to make
sure your wedding day meets your expectations. This individual
will be there with only one focus; the success of every element
of the reception without any distractions. We will provide a trained
wedding coordinator at every wedding over 200 guests.
